SHIPPING
Shipping prices are inclusive of all packaging and handling costs associated with your parcel. All parcels are sent through Australia Post Standard Post with tracking
Once your item has been handed to Australia Post, we can no longer take responsibility for your item. In the unlikely event a package is lost or damaged, we will do our best to assist with the claim process through Australia Post.
Due to COVID-19 there is significant shipping delays and a high volume of orders, please allow extra time to receive your order. 
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We want to spread sparkle worldwide so no destination if off limits! A shipping option should show up for you automatically. We have a flat rate of $25aud for international orders. If the final shipping cost is less than $25aud you will be refunded the difference.
 
RETURNS
We do not offer returns for change of mind so please be sure to choose carefully.
If your item is faulty, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will replace the item. 
  
DISPATCH TIME
Orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days (we always aim for sooner). If you need something urgently, please get in touch and we'll do everything we can to get it to you as quickly as possible. We do offer Express Post which does significantly reduce transit times.
Please be assured we will do everything we possibly can to get your orders out to you quickly and beautifully packaged. 
 
PREORDER ITEMS
Please check the product descriptions regarding whether items are pre-order items or in stock. Refer to the estimated shipping time in the product description for when orders are expected to be shipped. If your order contains Pre-order items as well as in stock items, all items will be held until the pre-order items come are completed. Let us know if you would like us to ship in stock items separately, that can be arranged if preferred for an additional cost.
